This southern Italian appellation, on the coast of the Ionian Sea, gives life to red wines made with the Primitivo grape, a variety that shares genetic roots with the Californian Zinfandel, but which here shows its more Mediterranean profile.

Concentrated and generous, Primitivo di Manduria wines offer intense aromas of ripe plums, figs, sweet spices and cocoa, with a smooth texture and a robust structure.
