The wine
The Champagne Extrabrut Rosé Douce Folie produced by La Borderie is a rosé champagne characterized by finesse and character; an expression of Pinot Noir. At sight it has a pink color; the nose is characterized by sensations of red fruits such as raspberries and floral notes of violet and pink. The sip is expressed with a great personality well balanced by freshness and minerality. Perfect in combination with raw or grilled fish, but also with white meats.
