The wine
The Etna Rosso Nero di Sei produced by Palmento Costanzo, has a ruby red color, intense and elegant. Fruity nose with mineral and volcanic note, nice almond finish with subtended tannin. Soft and velvety, taste of great balance and persistence. Excellent in combination with a nice red meat fillet.
