The winery
Limié Viñedos Centenarios

The Limié project started up in 2012, under the guidance of Carlos García and Pedro Martín-Hinojal. Carlos manages the vineyards, while Pedro takes care of viticulture and oenology. In the Hornillos de Eresma district and lying on sandy soils, their 5 hectares of vineyards are distributed over 5 parcels, containing very old Verdejo grapevines. Four of these parcels are home to vine stock planted between 1910 and 1920.
