The wine

Among the 4 sparkling wines of the "Traditional" line, all from Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg, the number "III" has garnered the highest acclaim and obtained the most awards. So with full rights "Maior", greater in merit. It is distinguished by the roundness of its flavor, the softness and a very pleasant degree of sweetness which places it towards the sweeter notes of living Prosecco Superiore.

Its aromatic spectrum ranges from delicate sweet sensations of white flowers to notes of exotic and ripe fruit. The dense and concentrated mouth appears almost sumptuous. Without a doubt, it is a wine for the end of the meal and can be combined with not overly sweet pastries. However, combinations with salty foods should not be neglected. Perfect is with the typically Asian sweet and sour spiced cuisine. In fact, it manages to well manage the spicy and acid component of these dishes while at the same time indulging their sweetness. For the same reason, a good territorial combination is undoubtedly with the Sardinian saor made in the Venetian style with pine nuts and raisins.
