Ribera del Duero Robles belong to a category of wines in a traditional style, and are notable for their short stay in barrel, between 3 to 9 months. These are easy to drink wines, still young and vigorous but with a texture that’s now more pleasant and rounded. They don’t have an official, specific back label, but their existence is recognised by the denomination’s own Regulating Council, and above all by the general public, who also appreciates their much more affordable price.
