Pet Nat wine

Pet‑Nat wines (short for Pétillant Naturel) are sparkling wines made using the ancestral method, one of the oldest and most natural ways of producing bubbles. Unlike Champagne or Prosecco, pet‑nats finish their fermentation in the bottle, without added sugars or a second fermentation.
