Cellers Underground

Richard Sanz and Joan Soler produce wine in a total of twelve designations of origin each year. In some cases, they have their own winery, and in others, they are grateful to partner wineries for the opportunity to pursue a path of mutual growth through shared experiences. In some cases, the opportunity arises to vinify ideas, to realise possibilities for wines that are only possible in those vineyards and that winery. These are the wines that Cellers Underground produces and is delighted to share with you all.
