Bodegas Ximénez-Spínola

A small family-run winery that prioritises the quality and prestige of its products over large-scale production. Production is limited and numbered, allowing it to offer unique products with the necessary guarantees of quality and ageing. Divided into two main bodies that coordinate the operation of this small winery, the Family Council and the Tasting and Selection Committee, the former composed of the owners and the latter, completely independent, by a group of tasters and sommeliers linked to the winery and led by an oenologist, thus maintaining its family character.
