The vinification of Barolo Serralunga takes place in horizontal fermenters at a controlled temperature for about 12/15 days. The refinement lasts 24 months in 25 hl wooden barrels. The color is garnet with orange reflections. The nose is a classic Barolo, with good freshness, elegant in its hints of leather, hay, earth and spices. On the palate it is a wine with the right softness, balanced between acidity and tannins, and with good persistence.
