Spec sheet
The wine
An original wine, made from a sweet oloroso wine, which has remained in contact with the dehydrated skins (dried out in the sun) of bitter oranges from the Doñana region for at least 8 years and kept on its lees. This sweet wine exudes profuse aromas of oranges and is richly endowed with nuances and subtle contrasts.
A mahogany colour, somewhere between dark russet-brown and chestnut, with orangey hues, the wine has a generous and persistent nose, delivering intense notes of bitter oranges. Mellow, smooth and mature on the palate, it exhibits hints of wood and a strongly orange persistence in the retronasal passage.

Bodegas Iglesias
Bodegas Iglesias is located right in the heart of Condado de Huelva, in a restored old convent dating back to the 18th Century. Under its vaulted brick ceiling, oloroso sherry wines were matured for use at Mass.
