The wine
A refined, barrel-fermented white wine, expressing its terroir well (the Priorat slate soil) and produced from Garnacha and Macabeo grapes grown on very old, low-yielding vines, planted on hillsides.
NOTE: Gentle decanting is recommended and best served not overly chilled.
Alcoholic fermentation (and malolactic for 20-30% of the Macabeo grapes) in French oak barrels and aged on its lees for 6 months.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC
