Spec sheet
The wine
The prestigious Inferno Nobili is a wine obtained from grapes from the Rhaetian terraces of Poggiridenti, in Valtellina, and obtained from 100% Nebbiolo. At sight this austere and typical wine is ruby red in color; the nose reveals pleasing fruity aromas of red fruit and hints of aromatic herbs, with a spicy finish. The sip is dry but fresh, with a slightly tannic finish. Excellent in combination with aged and blue cheeses. Try it with traditional pizzoccheri.
