The wine
The Capofosso of the Geographical company is a classic Chianti variety, excellent to be enjoyed in any situation. At sight it has a ruby red color, floral notes of violet violets intertwine with fruity hints of ripe plums and black cherries and end with spicy aromas, making up a typical and complex aromatic bouquet. The sip is fresh and long, the tannic texture excellent. Excellent with white meats, it should be tried in combination with chicken.
