EL Grifo Vijariego Seco is a unique wine due to the scarce variety with which it is made, a viscous, terpenic grape with high acidity, so its elaboration is difficult and its yield is scarce, but it results in an original wine accentuated by its job with lees for 3 months and with good aptitude for aging in the bottle.

Interesting in a good way
Tasted in a group, overall reaction was that this was a pleasant wine which is good value in the taste cost equation. Fine nose, dry but mouth filling with a longish finish.
