Salice Salentino (Italy)
Negroamaro and Malvasia nera
Bottle size and vintage
Only the best vintages of Selvarossa are marked with the name "Terra" and intended for this particular bottle, created by Due Palme for excellence. The result of an extreme selection in the countryside and in the cellar, the result of years of aging and tastings, a few bottles for true collectors and enthusiasts. The historic vines in Alberello Pugliese, harvested late by hand in boxes, offer clusters of morphological and gustatory perfection, the signature of red earth, clay and graphite. Selvarossa Terra is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques and further aged in steel and bottle. Wine with an intense garnet red color, offers the bouquet a bouquet of red fruits, ripe cherry, vanilla and the spicy notes typical of Negroamaro. On the palate it is soft, intense, with fine tannins; extraordinarily fresh, thanks to the careful work in the cellar, it has a harmonious and long finish. Perfect as a meditation wine.
