Spec sheet
The wine
Made using grapes originating from pre-phylloxera vineyards, boasting some extremely old Tinta de Toro vines aged between 80 and 120 years old. A little gem from the past which the Sanz family has successfully revived.
A dark cherry colour in appearance, leading to aromas of jammy fruit on the nose, displaying mineral, spicy and toasty notes. Flavoursome and oily on the palate, it exhibits spicy and fruit notes, along with ripe tannins.
