The grapes are gently pressed, the skins are cold macerated for a short time and the must is then decanted. Its fermentation takes place in steel containers at 18-19 ° C and once bottling is finished it rests in the bottle for a few months in order to refine its fruity aroma with hints of golden apples and fresh bread crust.
