Cream Sherry

Cream Sherry is a semi-sweet fortified wine which results from mixing an Oloroso with a Pedro Ximénez sherry. It’s also known as a Sweet Oloroso, since it shows all the character, intensity, aromatic complexity and body of this type, with an attractive sweetish undertone. It’s a very complete wine, ideal for an aperitif served with ice and a slice of orange, delicious when accompanying pâtés or blue cheeses, and perfect as a dessert wine.
