Medium Sherry
Mediums are fortified wines which can be dry or sweet. They’re usually produced using an Amontillado, to which a Pedro Ximénez sherry or concentrated must has been added. The degree of sweetness can vary considerably from one Medium to another, so it may contain anywhere between 5 and 115 grams of residual sugar, giving rise to Dry Mediums and Sweet Mediums. Variety, tradition, craftsmanship, quality… aspects of winemaking always found in our catalogues.
