More than a hundred years have passed since Vincenzo Toso first heard about Moscato and its sparkling wines, and he decided it was necessary to move to those areas to give the winery a new personality. Thus, the Toso winery moved from a hilly area dominated by the Barbera variety to another hilly landscape where Moscato prevailed, a place where it would establish lasting roots.

Toso has been able to convey the essence of its territory, with its hills, its cool and temperate climate, and indigenous varieties like Moscato. All these elements give its production a unique character, essential for creating high-quality, appealing wines that remain in tune with the times.
