The Juvé family started out in the world of winegrowing over two centuries ago. Four generations later, their commitment and hard work has led to their name becoming a reference for Penedès wines. With the aim of continuing their excellent work in some of the most prestigious appellations, Juvé & Camps have started out on a new project in DO Ribera del Duero: Pagos de Anguix, the challenge of transferring the know-how and traditions of the family to one of the best winemaking areas in Ribera del Duero.
Their vineyards are located in Anguix and Olmedillo de Roa in the north of Ribera del Duero, in landscapes praised by many experts for the quality of the soils and the ideal climate for vine-growing. They work their 87 hectares of vines with the utmost care and attention paid to the different plots according to the soil types, altitude, and micro-climates of each one, allowing them to establish homogeneous vineyards with which to create wines with personality and a clearly identifiable origin like the Pagos de Anguix or Barrueco wines.
