The wine

The Brut Nature Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza is a sparkling wine obtained from the careful selection of grapes from the hills of San Pietro di Barbozza, in the municipality of Valdobbiadene, unique and not replicable for microclimate and high slope. In the glass it reveals a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. Bouquet with rich floral and slightly citrus scents. Fine perlage. Definitely dry and austere taste, typically savory. Mineral aftertaste and long finish to ensure persistence. Ideal in combination with delicate appetizers (raw fish), but especially for the whole meal. With dishes based on fatty fish, it can best express its dry taste and flavor, supported by the excellent structure.
