The wine
Ruby red with purple hues, it tastes of black fruits and spices, first of all pepper, exactly as happens to the wines of the northern Rhone Valley in France, the most recognized Syrah area in the world. The Sicilian version is enriched with scents of Mediterranean scrub, black currant and blackberry.
