The wine
Obtained from Sangiovese grapes harvested slightly premature in mid-August in order to enhance the acidity and freshness. Fermented spontaneously with maceration of a few hours on the skins then refinement in steel tanks until bottling in spring. A lively wine, the ideal companion for summer.
