The wine

A wine that is emblematic of the territory from which it originates and the ultimate expression of its characteristics, Rocca delle Macìe's Riserva Zingarelli proudly bears the name of the family of the legendary Italo on its label, expressing the strong bond it has with Chianti Classico. It is the result of a selection of the best grapes from the four Castellina in Chianti estates, a blend of Rocca delle Macìe's various terroirs.

The original blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Colorino is a blend of tradition and innovation that gives rise to a ruby red wine, with a bouquet of currants and morello cherries, and notes of pink pepper and sweet spices. Its balance makes it suitable for a variety of culinary preparations but also to accompany a good, well-aged cheese.
