The wine
For 5 generations, our domain has been welcoming you to Vosne – Romanée. Marie-France, Jean-Louis and Catherine, their son Arnaud, work on the Domaine de 11 Ha. All appellations benefit from the same care, with respect for traditions. The harvest is manual, the ripe grapes in perfect sanitary condition are carefully sorted, 100% destemmed, keeping the logs whole. Traditional vinification is carried out with modern equipment (temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, pneumatic press, etc.) then the wines are aged for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels.
