Great flavours, great value wine
This is the 'basic' Soave from Pieropan and whilst not in the same division as La Rocca, it is a superbly made wine. Lovely nose, reasonable length on the palate and at this price, a brilliant house white wine that can be drunk on its own or with fish/shellfish
Well made Classico, well spent money!
Taste of lemon and a touch of grape, pear and is it peach? Minerals and a tiny amount of honey. Medium body, acidic, a little like a riesling but yet not. Long, delicate finish.
A reliable favourite at a competitive price
A favourite white when in Italy, so delighted to be able to purchase for delivery to the UK at a competitive price (even despite hefty delivery charge). Thumbs up to Italvinus!

Innovation, at the Pieropan's, was based not only on a modern and agile conception of Garganega, but also on the recognition of Soave as a great cru wine, of long refinements...
