Details for Pieropan Soave Classico 2019
Review
A typical and paradigmatic Soave Classic, with a young and fresh character, which comes exclusively from its own vineyards located in the classic area of Soave and entirely from native vines. It was in 1890 that Leonildo Pieropan decided to begin to experiment with the production of wine, starting from the vineyards owned by the family. A journey made of hard work and passion, which today sees in Leonildo, grandson of the founder, the figure who managed to make Pieropan a modern and technological winery; an avant-garde structure, where the ancient rural traditions are never forgotten, but rather always represent the base from which to create authentic labels, just like this Soave.
At sight it is straw yellow with greenish reflections; the nose opens on floral notes to then develop scents of yellow fruits, vines and elderberries, with mineral hints, creating an elegant and fine aromatic bouquet. On the palate it is agile, dry, mineral and fruity, with a pleasant persistence. This wine is excellent for any moment of conviviality. Ideal as an accompaniment to fish dishes such as fish soup, grilled fish, sushi, tartare and pasta with seafood.Food pairing

A volcanic area of exceptional potential, which thanks to the Pieropans made its way from Veneto to the world. Innovation, at the Pieropan's, was based not only on a modern and agile conception of Garganega, but also on the recognition of Soave as a great cru wine, of long refinement...
