The wine

This appellation covers several terroirs, in the villages of Corgoloin, Comblanchien, Premeaux, Brochon, Couchey, at the southern tip of the Côte de Nuits. History & tradition: the "Côte de Nuits" takes its name from the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The soil: clay-limestone. A harmonious red Burgundy. The color is a beautiful bright ruby. A very fragrant nose of wild cherry, liquorice and sweet spices, evolving towards notes of undergrowth and mushroom. On the palate, a good balance between tannin, freshness and fat. The finish is reminiscent of red fruit tones. Vintage: The wines have bright colors tinged with a nice evolution. The tannic structure is fine. They are elegant, without too much power. Temperature: 18 ° C. Consumption: 3 to 12 years.
