The wine
Valcanzjria di Gulfi is a wine that expresses the flavor of the Carricante and the roundness of the Chardonnay, creating a very pleasant contrast. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; notes of yellow pulp fruits intertwine with floral and dried fruit scents. The sip is fresh, ready to drink, with a mineral finish. Classic white fish, it goes well with preparations of good structure, elaborate first courses, even white meats and savory medium-aged cheeses.
