Fratelli Berlucchi Freccianera Rosa

Freccianera Rosa is a delicate and expressive sparkling wine with a more or less intense pink color depending on the vintage, well-defined foam and crown, minute and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses a characteristic scent of yeast, sometimes fruity. In the mouth it shows a savory, fresh, fine and harmonious flavor, with excellent nose-palate correspondence. Ideal in combination with fish dishes, in particular on black risotto garnished with cuttlefish flakes.
