Cuvée Anonyme is appropriately named, as it is impossible to know the exact blend of this cuvée that comes from "collector vines" where many grape varieties are planted. 100-year-old Grenache, but also Vaccarèse, Counoise, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Terret Noir and Muscardin.

It has a more than limited performance since three vines were required for each bottle produced. Traditional winemaking, with a long maceration of approximately one month. Another beauty by Xavier Vignon

This Chateauneuf is still very young but already enormously enjoyable. The fruit flavours oscillate between blackberries and dry strawberries, but there is also undergrowth and a touch of hoisin sauce. Ripe, but dry, the alcohol virtually unnoticeable, with splendid chalky tannins and a great balance. Now the fruit is very forward, but it will develop more complexity with time.

A top vintage. Classic, full bodied Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Francia Francia

He vuelto a repetir este vino, muy recomendable. Equilibrado sin ser muy potente ni acido.
