Review
Regueiro Laura is the owner of Casa Amarela and his family has been for three generations, the production of Port wine. Today, with the collaboration of Susana Esteban and Jean-Hugues Gros on the technique, developed two Amarela House, one white and one version in red, a reserve and, exceptionally, the Gran Reserva Elisio, plus a wine made together with Paulo Laureano, icon wines of Alentejo, a mixture of the two zones (the Alentejo wine ends with a very limited production of only two barrels, which are shared amicably).
Amarela house is made from native varieties Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca and ink amarela, shown in a line markedly floral (violet and lilac), with notes of aniseed lollipops and and surprises for its mineral component which dominates mouth with a salt effect, and a juicy texture and feminine, with sweet tannins and very, very friendly.
Amarela House, a gentleman came to love.
