The wine
Riesling Kronenbourg is an Alsatian wine with a nose combining minerals and notes of honey and candied citrus fruits. The palate is intense, slender and smooth with a nice salinity on the finish.
The wine does not undergo any yeasting, fining, chaptalisation, acidification or enzymage.
