Review
The dialectal term "Garnei" means "grapes" and indicates the selection of the bunches by age, clone and disposition, followed by the cryomaceration of the grapes and, one year after the harvest, the second fermentation with the Charmat method. Meticulous care for an extraordinarily interesting result. Strong straw yellow, the fruit is complex, ripe and very broad on the nose supported by a persistent harmonious and delicate olfactory range of wild flowers. When tasted, a fullness of taste is perceived which confirms and enriches what the perfume promises.
