Review
Bright golden yellow color. Concentrated bouquet of dried fruit, walnut husk and honey. Important structure with evident sweet note balanced by good acid freshness. It lends itself to the classic combination with Tuscan cantucci and small dry pastries. Excellent with medium and long-aged sheep cheeses.
