Great character at a reasonable price
This is a deep red wine with a slightly smoky nose and spicy taste. The 2015 vintage is very smooth and will probably improve with age. It's a wine of real character at a very reasonable price with nothing unpleasant about it, such as sulphur. I paid £43 for the 2011 vintage at a Spanish restaurant in London and thought it good value.
