Sartori

The Sartori family embodies a piece of Valpolicella history. They have been making wine since before Amarone was invented, and the old Santa Maria di Negrar cellars, the beating heart of Corvina and the Veneto of red wines, is there to witness it. Today the winery has expanded considerably, but it has not forgotten its roots. And in fact, the very extensive range still represents a beautiful tribute to the Veronese, with the crunchy, fruity style of the simplest wines to the exuberant roundness and extraordinary completeness of the ageing bottles.
