Monsupello is rightly considered to be at the top of the production of classic method spumante in Oltrepò Pavese. This is thanks to the vision of the late Carlo Boatti, who built one of the best vineyards in the area around the winery, enhancing the vines, the exposure and the technology used in the cellar. Today, Monsupello is firmly guided by his heirs and maintains a strictly family profile, with production clearly oriented towards quality and not quantity.
There are three classic methods: the Nature, which is recognised as one of the absolute best Italian spumantes of all; the Rosé, unbeatable at the table, extremely versatile and extraordinarily creamy; the Brut, the family's classic thoroughbred.
