Château La Fleur-Petrus
Château La Fleur-Petrus, one of the best among the premiers crus of Pomerol, is located next to Château Lafleur to the west and south of Château Petrus. The estate was acquired by Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix in 1953 and expanded in 1994 with the acquisition of land from Château de Le GAY. It has 14.5 hectares of carefully selected vines, 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, grown mainly on gravelly soil. They produce complex wines with a fine, elegant structure.
Château La Fleur-Petrus is part of the Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix group of wineries.
