Nadia, who is constantly experimenting, is the young soul of Cascina Tavijn. Piedmont, Monferrato, the main grapes are Ruché, Grignolino and Barbera, on silty-sandy soil free of any chemicals. 7 hectares and no more than 25,000 bottles per year. It's a total family affair with dad Ottavio and mum Teresa, to whom Nadia dedicates this lively, drinkable red, a single-variety Ruché, spicy, soft and floral. Anarchic and very tasty.
