The wine
The grapes come from vines that are between 15 and 25 years old. Hand sorting on special tables before de-stemming and optical selection of the grapes after de-stemming. Structured and powerful, it maintains the freshness and aromas typical of our land. The average production is 30,000 bottles per year.
