The wine
Ocone Vigna del Monaco is a pleasant white wine with good balance and structure. It is presented in the glass with a pale straw yellow color. The nose shows pleasant notes of elderberry, hawthorn and ripe apricot. Fresh and savory to the taste, with a long and engaging finish. Excellent to accompany sushi and sashimi, hot fish appetizers, tartare, fried food and fresh cheeses.
