The wine
Maso Martis Brut is a refined straw-colored sparkling wine with subtle and very persistent bubbles. The nose expresses an intense perfume, with a slight hint of yeast. In the mouth it appears delicate and well balanced, fresh and elegant. Recommended in combination with fish or vegetable appetizers; with first courses, risotto and fish to taste.
