The wine
Madonia Fermavento is a medium-bodied, fragrant wine with a clear ruby red color. On the nose the floral notes of violet are accompanied by small red fruits, red currants and blueberries. In the mouth the acid vein holds a fruity and pleasant juice; long and persistent finish. Excellent to accompany game and braised dishes.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
