The wine
Limited production (900 bottles). This wine is produced close to the Astroni nature reserve, a hilly area rich in volcanic microelements that enrich the grapes with completely original aromas and flavors. Cultivated with a low yield per hectare, this vine is worked manually (given the excessive slope) according to the practice of late harvest, producing a wine then subjected to a "non-intervention" vinification, in order to guarantee respect for the territorial characteristics of origin .
