Saint-Aubin AOC is one of Burgundy's hidden gems, located between the legendary villages of Montrachet and Meursault. This region is renowned for its exceptional quality, but often offers more affordable prices than its neighbours, making it a real discovery for those looking for elegant Burgundy wines.

Most of the vineyards in Saint-Aubin are planted with Chardonnay, which produces subtle, mineral, and structured white wines. They are characterised by aromas of citrus, apple, and white flowers, sometimes enriched with subtle notes of nuts or butter due to ageing in barrels.

The taste is expressive with acidity, a mineral backbone, and a long finish, which allows them to be compared to their great neighbours in Côte de Beaune.

This region also produces red wines from Pinot Noir: they are elegant, fruity, with notes of cherry, raspberry, and light spices, soft tannins, and silky textures.
