The wines of the AOC Bourgogne Aligoté are Burgundy's best-kept secret. Made from the native white Aligoté grape, they offer a different expression to the all-powerful Chardonnay: lighter, livelier, and more direct.

Here you will find wines with citrus aromas, white flowers, and a slightly salty background, perfect as an aperitif, paired with seafood, or enjoyed on their own. Some even surprise with their ageing in wood or their ageing potential.
