Manzanilla vs Fino

Two wines made from the same grape, aged under a layer of flor yeast and separated by barely a few kilometres. Yet, all it takes is one glass of each to discover that they speak different languages.
On one side, Tío Pepe Fino en Rama: intense, dry and almond-scented, with all the personality of biological aging in Jerez. On the other, Manzanilla en Rama La Gitana: more Atlantic, fresh and saline, shaped by the microclimate of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
Both are released en rama, with minimal intervention to preserve maximum authenticity and bring the experience closer to the wine as it is found in the cask.
A small comparative tasting to discover how the same grape and the same flor can give rise to two such different interpretations.
