Vuillermin

Among the native Aosta Valley reds, vuillermin is the one that best combines elegance and structure. A distant relative of fumin, cornalin and petit rouge, it is now being recovered in the Chambave area. Of an intense ruby colour, it gives a vinous bouquet when young but is well suited to evolution, showing greater depth and intensity. On the palate it is full, with good tannins and harmonious structure.
